Seat Motors

These are car seat motors. They are sleeve bearings, intermittant duty, probably very high torque for their size, and probably good for high rpm too. I suspect the rear bushing can be punched or drilled for a ball bearing. All the motors in a brick share a common aluminum output end bulkhead, and a common plate rear bulkhead. There's two sizes, and apparently three different brake configurations in each size. The more common is the one way brake, where turning gear will turn the motor, but the shaft locks up in the other direction. Interestingly, the motor shaft is set up where it is coupled to the brake mechanism, so if the motor is electrically driven the direction the brake has the shaft locked, the brake releases, and resets the instant the motor is off. A few of these have that feature in both directions, the shaft is locked tight unless the motor is turning to release the brake.
